The Purpose of Your Role
The Behavioral Health Technician I focuses on learning, creating a positive culture, and productively engaging with the team. They support and ensure clients function safely, effectively, and efficiently while promoting the best quality and output standards. The Behavioral Health Technician I collaborates with their team and Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor to ensure the maintenance or treatment fidelity, company policy, procedures, and client satisfaction is met to standards.
