As a Clinical Alumni Program Coordinator, your role is integral in supporting and ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of the IOP team and clients, aiming for the highest quality standards. You'll assist in specific departmental tasks, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and effective time management. Collaboration with the team is crucial to maintaining treatment fidelity, company policies, and client satisfaction. We seek an individual who embodies leadership, is receptive to feedback, proactively learns specialized treatments, and embraces initiative.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Total number of former clients participating in the alumni program on a weekly basis
- Total number of virtual meetings each week and an increasing number of attendee's
- Total number of readmissions from alumni participants
Please note: When you achieve any of the above key indicators your supervisor will counsel with you to set a new goal.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with the digital marketing team to create an Alumni Portal website in which all parents and alumni can participate
- Organize and respond to parents who have willingly volunteered to join our parent advocate program through their response to our Client Survey
- Create a list of advocate opportunities for parents and appropriate adult alumni to engage in
- Identify and assign as agreed upon, parents to participate in as many advocate opportunities as comfortable
- Coordinate various filming opportunities for Utah parent advocates to address the ten most common obstacles to enrolling in an IOP
- Manage on an ongoing basis the ongoing responses of client survey responses for the parent advocate program
- Coordinate with the clinical and digital marketing team to create, edit and post appropriate content for the Alumni portal
- Organize various events including facilitators for virtual support group meetings
The Skills and Expertise You Have:
- Demonstrate competency in creating and nurturing relationships
- Demonstrate competency in knowledge of the program including relapse prevention philosophies and techniques
- Demonstrate competency in excel with developing spreadsheets
- Has the ability to organize and conduct virtual meetings and trainings
- Keen ability to keep supervisor abrust of challenges and progress
- The ability to work evening hours up to three nights per week. (up to 8:00 pm)
- Work one Saturday once per month to conduct an alumni activity (in the week a Saturday activity is held the equivalent of a comp day will be granted by the supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in a mental health position.
- Experience with OCD and anxiety.
- Some college or experience in a related field
- Ability to think critically
- Willingness to work as a team to meet the needs of the business
- Proficient knowledge of computers, including google doc, sheets and other computer software
- Accurate and efficient electronic data entry
- Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
- Organized, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently
- Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a changing work environment including inside, outside, and a noise level
- Physical demands of the job will include sitting at desk or table for extended periods, bending, lifting, and walking
