Schedule: In-Person M-F 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

The Purpose of Your Role
The Behavioral Health Technician focuses on learning, creating a positive culture, and productively engaging with the team. They support and ensure clients function safely, effectively, and efficiently while promoting the best quality and output standards. The Behavioral Health Technician collaborates with their team and Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor to ensure the maintenance or treatment fidelity, company policy, procedures, and client satisfaction is met to standards.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Zero documentation errors on a weekly basis
2. Average Facility Audit Score 90%
3. 5-7 hours per day of active facilitation/support on treatment floor (as evidenced by staff evaluation audit)
4. Master of BHT competencies within 30-60 days of employment (as evidenced by staff evaluation audit)
5. Live the OAC values by being an example of positivity, optimism, growth and change within your community of peers (as evidenced by staff evaluation audit).
6. Reduce early discharges by a minimum of 10% and ALOS of a minimum of 52 days by ensuring treatment satisfaction
