Job Title: Admissions Supervisor

The Purpose of Your Role
The Admissions Supervisor is responsible for providing effective training to the admission specialists during onboarding and throughout their employment. Effective training is manifested through an increased department conversion rate and an increased number of clients admitting into our program. As an Admissions Supervisor, you will be responsible to maintain your own KPI’s, in addition to helping members of your team to achieve their KPI’s. Your success is measured by the department’s increased admissions as well as your recruiting efforts and ability to effectively onboard new members to the admissions team. The Admissions Supervisor is also responsible for leading a team of Admission Specialists by exemplifying our values, proactivity, positivity, results-driven and growth. In addition to your own responsibility and KPI’s, you will assist the Admissions Manager in any additional work to support the overall success of the admissions department.
Success Indicators/KPIs
Ensuring all new hires in the admissions department are achieving 10 admissions per month by the end of their first 90 days of employment.
Ensuring everyone in the admissions department achieves the criteria of an Admissions Specialist Level 2 within 5 months from their date of employment.
Ensuring everyone in the admissions department achieves the criteria of an Admissions Specialist Level 3 within 8 months of employment.
Participate in recruiting efforts by achieving 3 new hires per month, as well as onboarding them.

Supervisory requirements
Proficient knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software
Accurate and efficient electronic data entry
Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
Organized, detail-oriented, takes the initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently
Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills
Thrives in a changing work environment, including inside, outside, and loud noise level
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in behavioral administration, management
2 years or more of managerial experience
